WHAT IS IT?
You will have a quick, new & fresh Stretch Therapist-approved exercise video released to you every day. Some you have seen on my IG, but many of them are brand new!
Each video is less than 6 minutes - which means you have no excuse NOT to do it. My overall goal is to provide you with a fun, new and non-traditional exercise toolkit to choose from whenever your body needs it.
Every day, your daily exercise will be sent to your inbox. Login to your members only account, set a timer, watch the video, read the benefits and make it a daily routine.
After watching the video and reading the benefits, commit to doing the stretch at the same time everyday, multiple times per day if needed.
All 21 exercises are sequenced strategically so that you can build toward more challenging moves. By the end of 21 days, you will develop body awareness & tools that will aid you in continuing your stretch habit.
